Make the transformation
Are you about to start a transformation process or need to get one back on track? Are your internal communications top-down when they need to be multi-directional? Is your team failing to work as a team? If it involves moving mindsets, altering behaviour and devising processes that will deliver real-world internal change, I’m in.

Working as an independent consultant, I help organisations devise, create and implement the transformations they need to make to become the organisations they want to be. Typical starting points include being asked to develop a corporate story or do some writing for the CEO; create an internal change campaign, help with internal branding, or eliminate HR jargon.

For teams and individuals
This almost always involves starting with the big picture and connecting this to the future reality of your daily business. I work across all levels and can talk with everyone, from the CEO to the people on the work floor. Combining logic and reason with emotion and intuition helps me understand what it will take to really rally everyone behind a new strategy, positioning or product. I then develop and facilitate team sessions and management meetings, coach leaders, teams and individuals, and stimulate new strategic, innovative insights to get you where you want to be.
